How do I book a holiday?
Open a trip idea, choose your departure date and number of travellers, then add the traveller names and reserve. Nothing is charged until you choose to pay the deposit.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your trip is reserved as soon as you place it and confirmed when the deposit is paid. You receive the booking reference straight away, and vouchers follow by email.
Are prices per person?
Yes. Package prices are per person, based on the number of travellers sharing, and include VAT. The booking page shows the total for your party before you reserve.
Can I pay in another currency?
Prices are charged in UAE dirhams. You can display them in other currencies for reference; converted amounts are indicative.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the airline and hotel rules. See our booking terms and refund policy.
Do you arrange visas?
Yes — UAE tourist visas, Schengen, UK, Türkiye e-visas and Umrah visas, on their own or with a holiday. Start a visa request and an expert replies with the checklist and fee.
What passport validity do I need?
Most countries need a passport valid for at least 6 months after your return date. Your expert confirms the rules for your nationality.
