Booking terms and refund policy

Bookings

A booking is reserved when you place it and confirmed when the deposit is paid. Prices are per person in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT where it applies.

Payments

A deposit of 30% confirms the trip; the balance is due 21 days before departure.

Cancellations and refunds

• More than 30 days before departure: deposit kept, the rest refunded.
• 15–30 days: 50% of the trip price.
• Less than 15 days or no-show: no refund.
• Airline tickets and visas follow the supplier's own rules.

Travel documents

Passports must be valid for 6 months after return. Visa approval is decided by the issuing authority; fees are not refundable.

Privacy

We use your details only to arrange your trip, as described in our privacy notice (UAE Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021).
